Referral Disclosure
Here is exactly how this site works, in plain words, so you know who you are talking to.
What we are
Manheim Drain Cleaning Co. is a referral service. We are not a plumbing company and we do not employ the technicians who visit your home. We connect homeowners in the Manheim area with independent local plumbing professionals who clear drains.
How we are paid
We may be compensated by the independent professionals we connect you with when a call is passed to them. This does not change the price the technician quotes you, and the price is explained before work begins. It does mean we have a commercial interest in connecting your call.
Who does the work
All work is performed by independent contractors. They run their own businesses and carry their own responsibilities. Any agreement about a job is between you and the contractor, and the technician who visits will explain their own terms for the work. Our terms page covers the details.
Why we say this
You should know whom you are dealing with before you call. If you would rather deal directly with a contractor of your own choosing, you may do so. We think most people prefer a person answering at any hour and a straight answer on the phone, which is what we offer.
Questions about how it works?
Ask the person who answers. They will explain it on the phone.
